'FenridgePark's journey started with a vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Via Roma 75. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, we began as a quaint, family-operated shop, rooted in age-old family recipes.

Marco Bianchi, our founder, mastered the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy and learning from expert pizza chefs in Naples, the pizza's homeland. Once back in the UK, she aimed to replicate the essence of Italian pizza, adhering to conventional techniques and top-tier ingredients.

Our humble establishment, which initially seated only 12 patrons, has flourished into a community favorite, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains constant. We persist in employing traditional wood-burning ovens, preparing our dough daily, and securing the best ingredients available.

Today, 'FenridgePark' is still family-owned, with the 'Bianchi' lineage at the helm, infusing passion into our work. Although we've adopted modern touches, the foundation of our enterprise stands strong: serving delightful, real pizza that unites people.
